2019 Daterra Viticultores 'Gavela Do Pobo'' Galicia, Spain Montenegro 50% l’Ataviquebetween 2014 and 2010village/vyd100% Palomino from a plot of old vines planted on schist and slate soils in Soutipedre, a small subsection of Manzaneda. Slate soils, older vines, and lower elevation distinguish Do Pobo from Da Vila sheltered by the twists of the mountains, this site has a more continental climate, with cooler nights. Like the Gavela Da Vila, it seems that this was a balanced vintage for Gavela do Pobo. Grapes are destemmed and fermented in amphorae with ~2 weeks of
