A blend of 85% Chardonnay, 10% Welschriesling, and 5% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from sandy and gravelly soils. Fermented spontaneously and aged in a combination of stainless steel, large oak casks, and used barriques, the wine rests on its lees to develop depth without overt weight
